When are you open?
- Madison Verona Self Storage is open for access 24 hours a day. Onsite staff will be in durring weekdays and weekends by appointment only.
Do you close for any holidays?
- No, we’re open every single day. 24/7 access.
How close are you to downtown Madison, WI?
- We’re only 10 miles away via US-151 S/US-18 W.
Which other areas do you serve?
- Our facility is also popular throughout Verona, Fitchburg, Middleton, Dane County, and their surrounding communities.
Do you have a kiosk?
- Yes, our onsite 24-hour kiosk allows both contactless rentals and payments. Payments can be made with Card or cash on the Kiosk.
Does your facility have an upstairs?
- No, for your ease of access, all our storage units are located on the ground floor. That way, you can take advantage of our drive-up access and park right outside your unit. We also have lots of backup space, so you’ll never struggle to turn around.
Are dollies and handcarts available?
- That’s right. Simply help yourself the next time you visit. They are located in the climate controlled building doorways. Please remember to return them when you are finished.
Do your units have power?
- They do. Charge your phone, plug-in tools, and perform maintenance on your vehicle—it’s one of our most useful features.
- Not all units have power. Units that specifically state "Electricity available" or "Power included" have the electrical option.
Can I rent and pay online?
- Of course! As long as you’ve got internet access and a payment method, you’re set.
What vehicle parking do you offer?
- Madison Verona Self Storage offers covered indoor vehicle storage for RVs, boats, and other rides.
What security features do you have?
- Onsite staff, surveillance cameras, gated access, and perimeter fencing are all present at our facility.
